When a leaked report came out showing the Whatsapp messages of Labour staff it provoked an outcry as it suggested that some of Labour’s bureaucracy were working in a factional manner against the interests of the whole party – and to scupper Labour’s chance of winning the 2017 General Election.

Sir Keir Starmer announced that an ‘urgent and independent’ investigation would be made into the leaked report and appointed Martin Forde QC.

Two years later, no report has been published.

Not the Andrew Marr Show spoke to Alex Nunns, a writer and former member of Jeremy Corbyn’s team, about the Labour Leaks and what it says about the factionalism in Labour’s bureaucracy.

Following this, we heard from Jackie Walker, Marc Wadsworth and Chris Williamson, who were named in the report and were scapegoated for anti-semitism.
